  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • In the event of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, processing may be slightly delayed. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Delivery Timelines & Rates: We offer nationwide delivery to bring MILANU directly to your doorstep. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.

  • Outside Dhaka / Nationwide: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link (via SMS or Email) to monitor your package’s journey. This ensures transparency and the security of your purchase.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: To maintain the nobility and efficiency of our service, please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are completely accurate at checkout. MILANU cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
